We Come To You!  We offer house calls, same-day delivery of medication, Home blood draws, home x-rays, ultrasounds, Physical therapy, Occupational therapy , Speech therapy and other Home Health services.

In most cases, yes.  To be sure, provide us with a copy of your insurance card prior to filling out a registration form.

We provide a high level of individualized service.  You or your family will be provided with your doctor's phone number and email at the first visit.  We partner with caregivers, staff and therapists to communicate about patients progress and areas of concern.

You can obtain a registration form from your facility or email us at: info@privatephysiciangroup.com.  Once your form is complete, just scan and email it back.  If you need help, the staff at your facility can often return the application to our office for you.
